Harper’s Restaurant is a great and breezy place that possesses a relaxing atmosphere in a fantastic location, with nice music on the background. Very friendly, cheerful, attentive and pleasing stuff, you will barely have a chance to put your glass down. Comfortable armchairs and well decorated overlooking the river, the fort and the waterwheel. Best quality of food has very tasty main-courses and a good service. Bonus: The cheapest beer around!
