Hueman Studio is a gem worth paying a visit. It is situated on a quieter street parallel to Jonker Street so it is pretty easy to find. Basically it is a shop that sells an artist’s work.

Kooi Hin is a multilateral artist that offers a wide range of Chinese themes handmade wood prints, trinkets, bookmarks and small wood carved souvenir items. His handmade prints from wood cut blocks are often designed to fit Ikea and Rabba frames. So be plucky and buy some unique prints and take them home to receive compliments from your friends for these original handcrafts. The idea that a true artist sells his work delights me rather than some tourist crap sold by other locals. Each piece is unique and original!
